I have been an e-tutor and teaching assistant at top universities for 12 years . Throughout my journey as an academic instructor ,i have examined and marked thousands of exams and assignments . Was honoured to supervise student research projects and assist in assignment preparation.I have also been a business and management consultant at trinityn.org, where i applied extensive business training skills.I received intensive online tutoring training and have used skype and google hangouts for online tutoring. At least 12 000 students and 10 000 entrepreneurs have come through my tutoring and training services and 97 % of clients excelled in their studies.I am very flexible to tailor the needs of different leaners ,since everyone learns differently.
I enjoy working with people to bring out the best in them. I have been fortunate to guide students from most top universities like MIT , Harvard and Oxford. I am currently an MIT assessor and teach students from high school to graudate students. I have a MBA and currently completing a doctorate in business and economics.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Each student has a different way of learning. My approach is to respect the uniqueness of each student and their needs.
1. I get to know the student and their needs.
2. Propose a lesson plan with the input of the student.
3. Provide the guidance in response to the needs and also extra support.
4. Get feedback from the student to assess the effectivenss of the lesson and make changes if needed. Follow up .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Phd candidate in business and economicswith a Masters degree in Business. I am an Assessor at MIT with 12 years teaching experiance. I have been teaching online and face to face for at least 12 years with an approval rating of 97%. Most of my students either graduated or continued with their education.
