I have been a preschool teacher for over 30 years. I have worked with infant to 12 years old. I get pleasure seeing a young child learn. My mentality is the sky is the limit. I love helping a child reach his/her goals.

I love helping students learn and gain confidence! We will explore the problem, work as a team to solve it, and discuss ways to apply the solution to your work and in life. Many tasks in school seem to have very little, if any, connection to the real world, but it is often the process of finding the solution that is important. Let’s achieve that together!

• I enjoy helping students understand what they read and how to translate it to the writing process. • I have been teaching for over 20 years in Ascension Parish. • I am a certified 1-8 teacher with a concentration in reading and writing. I have assisted in writing Benchmark Assessments for Ascension Parish. I have also written and received a grant to publish a short book.
