Hey! I am Joe Rushka and I currently teach at the high school level. I previously worked in different facets of business including advertising, marketing, sales, logistics and retail. I have a undergraduate degree in Journalism/News and a graduate degree in Secondary Education. I am certified to teach grades 5-12. I believe education is a pathway to a greater understanding of our world around us. My goal is to help future generations become more independent and capable in our ever-changing world. I have been an educator for over 20 years working with the general education and Special education populations. I have an undergraduate degree in Social Science education with an emphasis on U.S. and World History and Psychology. I have a Masters degree in Special Education and have taught grades P-K-12 in the field of Special Education. I love working with students and seeing them grow and learn.
