About
I am a certified Special Education Teacher in Indiana and Illinois, with experience teaching in both general education and special education. I have worked as a general ed teacher, as a special ed teacher in a self contained ASD classroom, and I currently work as a special services (resource) teacher in my local school district. I have 9+ years of full time experience in addition to part-time and tutoring experience. I can help with evidence-based language arts and math tutoring. I'm most comfortable working with kindergarten through 5th grade students, but I'm willing to work with other ages on a case-by-case basis. I am willing to drive to your home for tutoring sessions, meet at a library or tutor online. I am happy to work with students of varying ability levels. I'm also comfortable working with small groups of students with similar ability levels.
