My name is Dan Simpson. I am a retired Math teacher who has been teaching and tutoring math for over 30 years. I have a degree in Natural Resources from Humboldt State University. I have taught Math in California (20 years) Oregon (2 years) and Idaho (10years) I mostly tutor Junior High and High School level math.

I’m a high school student who has had a consistent 4.0 for several years and has pre-existing tutoring experience. I’ve worked with kids of all ages, mainly grades k-10. As for what it’s like working with me , I tend to make connections to the students interests and tie it into the learning material. When people have something they like mixed with what they’re trying to learn, I’ve figured out it often works best. Hi! I'm Kai, a freshman in college. I love to teach people and often did so with the special education students at my high school. I aspire to help kids learn who had the education system give up on them. I work with kids 3-17 and while I specialize in working with people with ASD, I also work with neurotypical kiddos :)
