I have been home educating my children for over 14 years from kindergarten through high school. I have learned to think outside the box to find unique ways to make learning come alive. I have worked with students who struggle with both language arts and math. I strive to get to know how my students learn and also to respond to needs in the moment. We will work hard in a session but also have lots of fun (you may see a short dance party).

Being in the teaching profession for the last 11 years, I have helped a number of students from different levels with their Math and Physics problems, homework, and tests. I myself hold a bachelors and masters in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Materials Engineering, currently working as R&D specialist in industry . I am a current Special Education teacher of high school students with intellectual disabilities. I have been a Special Education teacher for 9 years and absolutely love the students I serve. I have worked with middle school students and high school students. I have worked specifically with students who have learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and behavior disorders.
