I enjoy helping my students understand their math and other academic work. I have 25 years experience with different curriculums. It's very fun teaching children to read and spell. Hi! I’m Katie and I’ve been working in Elementary Education for 16 years. All of my years teaching were in 5th grade and my current position has me working on ELA curriculum in grades 3-5 and helping to coach teachers and work with students, also in grades 3-5. Relationships matter to me first and after those are established, everything else just comes so much easier. I love to make reading and writing relevant while rigorous and engaging.
