I have an Associate's Degree from Sacramento City College (SCC) and am currently a MechanicalEngineering major at UC Davis. While my time at SCC I've tutored mathematics classes ranging from Intermediate Algebra to Calculus 2. The mathematics courses that I'm least knowledgeable about are Geometry and Statistics. I've always enjoyed teaching students/classmates/family memebers about mathematics. It always bring me joy when people are able to grasp a concept that they've been struggling with for a while. I have been a stay-at-home mom for the past 16 years. As a result, I have been able to educate my children in a variety of ways, one of which was to home school for 2 years. While homeschooling, I was able to master many of the common core math techniques being taught in the classroom.
