I feel compelled to share a great "find" we made last year. School had only been in session for two weeks before my kids came home lamenting that their AP Physics teacher left them totally confused and stressed out. Switching to a less demanding schedule wasn't an option so I decided to look for some help. Lord knows, it wasn't going to come from me or my husband! I found Daniel, a 2012 UCLA engineering grad who has been tutoring for many years. After the boys' first meeting with him, the level of stress in our household plummeted and the boys did well on their first physics test. We've decided to have him come regularly, just to make sure the boys understand the material and keep them confident. The boys ended up with A's in the class and doing well on the AP test. Daniel was able to help them with anything they didn't get in their calculus class as well. So as you stare the next school year in the face, if your child has any difficulty with their studies, especially in math or physics, consider talking to Daniel. He's a lovely young man and the boys really responded to him well.

Randy tutored my senior high school son and prepared him for his math SAT test. Randy was exceptional in every aspect. Not only his knowledge and ability to teach the material, but also his ability to connect with a teenager in away that my son commented that “Randy was the best teacher I ever had”. Randy wanted to make sure that he covers as much of the material as possible and frequently stayed way over the scheduled sessions times at no extra charge. Randy is an honest, excellent tutor who cares about his students and I highly recommend him as a tutor to students at all ages!

i started working with him cause a family member recommended him and he’s doing a fall discount (otherwise i def couldn’t afford it). we’ve only had one session so far but he’s really smart. kind of intense but in a good way. he made me a study plan that looks a little scary ngl but also makes me feel like i actually have a direction now. he gives off private tutor vibes, like the kind that usually works with rich families or college kids, but he’s super chill and not snobby at all, which i didn’t expect but really like.

On time, professional teaching , ever since I started working with eurekademics I have been able to pass all my classes and understand the concept of each lesson. Gene is a very professional teacher and is always there on time whenever you need him. I have never failed working with him in any of my classes. To whom it may concern, Julie Sabbah was my 11th grade Pre-Calculus teacher and I can happily say that that was one of the only math classes I took in high school where I felt consistently confident with what I was doing throughout the whole year. It being such a critical course considering it would send me straight into AP Calculus, she knew how important it was to make sure our comprehension of the material was concrete and correct. She was very diligent with assigning and checking our homework, as well as checking our notebooks to make sure we were keeping up with the lessons and practice material. I knew that if I ever needed extra clarification on a concept or came across something that I didn’t understand, she was more than happy to talk with me after class and walk me through the steps to accurately executing the problem. Julie prepared me better for calculus than any other math teacher did for future courses at my high school and I’ll always be appreciative of the advantage that her teachings provided for me. She is a trustworthy instructor and person who loves enlightening students through the challenges of mathematics, and it will always show within her steady patience and ardent dedication.
