Hello, I am an incoming freshman at UC Berkeley, majoring in cognitive science through the pre-med track. Throughout highschool, I gained extensive tutoring experience through leading STEM workshops to several local elementary schools, teaching approximately 60 4th-6th graders subjects catered to STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) through interactive and fun lectures. Additionally, I am the founder of the 501(c)(3) Blood Cancer Association where I serve as the Director and a leadership figure to my fellow officer boards and mentees. I got my PhD degree in Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara in 2008. After that, I became a faculty member at a top university in China and worked there for 7 years. In 2015, I moved back to the US with my family. I am very interested in teaching and I am also very good at it. I am professional (especially in microeconomics and game theory). I am very patient.
