Erica is amazingly patient! My kiddo is not too motivated, and very distracted, but Erica's calm and steady demeanor made all the difference. She complimented my kiddo where she saw something to be proud of, and was just overall very pleasant, and quickly effective. My tired kiddo liked her quickly, and learned well each session. We have used John for both of my sons from middle school all through high school. John finds ways to help you relate to a problem and to break it down into easier understanding. My older son has just graduated high school with Math being one of his highest scoring subjects.
