I try to share with the students an easy way of looking at maths topics, that involves minimum memorization and maximum understanding. My style of tutoring is similar to the Socratic method. I often ask my students to justify their reasoning when solving a problem because it pushes them in a subtle manner to find their mistakes and encourages critical thinking. Because the style of my tutoring is so heavily focused on fundamentals and robust reasoning for solving questions, I feel fulfilled knowing that I'm setting up my students for future success even if I'm not there.
