I am an experiences English teacher who believes in a student centered approach to learning that focuses on what each individual needs! I think that building relationships leads to real learning that lasts. I have been teaching English for the past 6 years! I am passionate about ELA curriculum and am a creative and hard working person with a variety of diverse experiences. Current high school senior enrolled in honors and AP English courses throughout high school. I have experience tutoring kids with disabilities and enjoy taking time to learn the different styles in which children learn. I have patience and understanding with learning struggles. I want to provide a safe environment where students don’t feel afraid to ask questions and make mistakes because that’s a natural part of learning. Responding quickly to parents will be a priority and feedback is but only welcomed but appreciated.
