I feel lucky to work in a field that I love and am passionate about. I think education is so important and it's really tough on a student when they're struggling in a subject. I've been an english tutor for over ten years. I have my degree in english and writing. I work with students of all ages from pre k through college. I specialize in reading, reading comprehension, writing, grammar, phonics,spelling/vocab, study and organizational skills. After a lot of years being in school (I'm not even exaggerating lol it feels like I've been in school forever!) - from high school to undergrad and now med school - I have come to really enjoy and understand the intricates of learning! Along the way, I realized how much I enjoyed teaching back what I have learned.
