I'm Gabriel and I'm passionate about Math Education. I'm currently completing my BA in Computer Science with a Minor in Mathematics from Cal State Fullerton. I've also completed an Associates in Mathematics from Los Angeles City College. Once I graduate, I plan on continuing my education to complete a teaching certification to teach High School Math. I've tutored from elementary level math all the way up to AP Calculus and SAT prep, and have the most experience tutoring beginning Algebra to Geometry/Algebra II (6th-9th grade).

i am an incoming grad student pursuing a master's degree in Latin American Studies at UCLA and graduated from UC Davis in 2019. Since graduating college, I have delved into the pharmaceutical field working as a clinical research coordinator. I am an expert in English/writing (elementary-college), history (World, United States, European, honors, college prep, AP), math (elementary, algebra I, geometry, trigonometry, AP Calculus BC), college admissions (the steps necessary to bypass the hectic admissions process barred by a lack of knowledge), and preparation with research/project creation in any level. As a mom to 4 kids (elementary age through high school), I know the importance of patience and kindness when it comes to learning. With math, even more so. I focus on challenging kids who love math and also taking the student who says “I’m not good at math” and helping them discover they are more than capable. I am a graduate of Southern Methodist University, always passionate about my tutoring job there. While I studied economics and finance. I have a great passion for helping young adults succeed in writing. I have helped young adults with college application essays, in class essay, and any writing assignments - as well as helping them find their voice as a writer. I am a current college student, double majoring in Trumpet Performance and Mathematics. I am comfortable teaching any level of math, from elementary to AP Calculus, and music theory, as well as some physics and coding in Python and Java. I have experience teaching others in music and playing trumpet has taught me practice discipline and techniques applicable to academic studying. I love sharing knowledge with other people and getting students enthusiastic about learning.
