I have been tutoring for 15 years. I have a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. I love tutoring English language speaking skills and literacy (Reading, Writing, Spelling, and Grammar). I like building relationships wirh students based on respect and incorporating a student's interests and keeping the curriculum engaging. I am back in school studying music (Voice/Singing, Theory/Composition, Sight reading, Sightsinging and Piano). I love singing and writing lyrics. When I tutor, I try to give curriculum materials that support the child's needs, but also help them to advance in school by aligning to the school's challenging material or supporting the level of struggle that some grade levels carry in Common Core subjects.
