The Writing Center is founded on the principle that reading and writing skills are fundamental to education. Most of the courses offered at the Writing Center are designed to train the student in a specific set of skills and/or essay type. All courses are lecture-based: that is, run like a classroom rather than a tutorial. However, all classes provide personalized feedback. I have been working with and mentoring students for the last three years and have a passion in changing the lives of students to be the best version of themselves and learn how to unlock the potential they have. This passion developed due to my struggles in college.
