Hello! My name is Zara Ahsan, and I am a junior at UCLA getting my bachelor's in Physics. I tutored all throughout high school in Math, Science, and English, and have extensive experience working with K-12 students in my previous job as a climate justice educator and activist. Transitioning from a student in a struggling school district (Oakland Unified), to a physics major at UCLA was very hard, but it has taught me to be creative in the ways I learn, and compassionate to those with different skills sets. As a college student currently working on a Bachelor's in Mathematics at California State University - Sacramento, I have long held great passion for the subject.
