I use the ESA or Engage, Study, Activate method to teach. My students in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Indonesia and Mexico absolutely LOVE my lesson plans. I'm super thorough and my support materials are awesome. One of my favorites is Comic Book Writing. My Indonesia teens asked me to do a lesson on EDM or Electronic Dance Music. They taught me! I also did a lesson on alphabets for students who came from a nearby island.

I worked in groups at Summer camp in the Czech Republic to coordinate games, end of week musical, coordinated small and large group activities followed by a trip to town.

I also taught large groups of adults in Poland. I feel strongly that my lesson plans be must be relevant, factual and timely. As long as my students engage, I'm a happy teacher.
