As a tutor, I try to give curriculum materials that support the child's needs, but also help them to advance in school by aligning to the school's challenging material or supporting the level of struggle that some grade levels carry in Common Core subjects. I have 24 years experience as an elementary school teacher. I have taught all levels K-6, but have the most experience in grades 3 and 4. I can tutor in all areas, but specialize in Language Arts. I have a Bachelors Degree in Liberal studies, an Elementary Teaching Credential, and a Masters in Teaching Degree.
