Hello! So excited to meet you! I have always been curious and interested in personal learning. I attended a private prep school for the majority of my education and have consistently been a natural at English especially literature. I have worked as: -a tutor at a learning and literacy center -a paraprofessional for autistic children at an elementary school -a freelance tutor I would love to help boost self-confidence as well as assist in bridging learning gaps to ease frustration and stay on track.

I have been in the teaching profession for 23 years and have worked in the Valley of the Sun during that time. I am now retired and looking for students that I can continue to assist with their reading and writing education. I have a master's degree in English Education and Gifted Students. A majority of my educational years were spent in 6th to 8th grade. I would love the opportunity to assist more students to achieve their goals.

What I enjoy most about education is watching a childs growth in academics. All students learn at a different pace. Children will grow once they feel liked and are confident in the person teaching them.
