I have been in the teaching profession for 23 years and have worked in the Valley of the Sun during that time. I am now retired and looking for students that I can continue to assist with their reading and writing education. I have a master's degree in English Education and Gifted Students. A majority of my educational years were spent in 6th to 8th grade. I would love the opportunity to assist more students to achieve their goals.

What I enjoy most about education is watching a childs growth in academics. All students learn at a different pace. Children will grow once they feel liked and are confident in the person teaching them.

I am a college student pursuing a degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in the subject of English/Language Arts. I am in my junior year, and I want to become a teacher. Through tutoring, I hope to genuinely help you improve your writing and grades. I can help with any grade level and any topic within English/Language Arts. I just want to see students succeed. If I can bring you from a B to an A, or an F to a A, then we have done great work together.

My Name is Tyler Douglas and I am currently a senior at Grand Canyon University studying Behavioral Health Science with a minor in Forensic Psychology. I have always loved school and excelled in the classroom. I currently have a 3.6 GPA and am preparing to apply to graduate school next fall.
