I have been working with kids for 17 years, and as a teacher for 7. 2 of those years have been in Elementary Education. I focus on finding an approach that works for each student, and use multiple strategies to further their understanding. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with a Teaching Certification, and am currently working on an additional Literacy Certification. I start by assessing each student's abilities, and work from there.

Hi! My name is Teja but you can call me TJ. I am a very understanding and thoughtful person. I'm in my senior year of high school currently and I'm very used to tedious and advanced work since I have been in AP and Honors classes my entire schooling career. I like to explain concepts simply and start from the beginning to students may understand the bases of these subjects. I like being able help students understand these concepts because I've personally found it very frustrating and difficult to do work without fully understanding how to do it or why you're doing it.
