Hello to all! I have been a private tutor for over 33 years and tutor most general education subjects including three foreign languages (i.e., Spanish, Japanese, and Tagalog), but my forte is mathematics. With the many years of experiences that I have, I also have experience in working with students with varying disabilities. And the grade levels that I tutor in range from kindergarten through 12th as well as college, returning adults, and some graduate level tutoring (e.g., GRE prep).

When I tutor, I try to give curriculum materials that support the child's needs, but also help them to advance in school by aligning to the school's challenging material or supporting the level of struggle that some grade levels carry in Common Core subjects. I am a long term tutor 3 months to longer. I work to help students see growth in all their hard work practiced & expressed over time. Hey, I’m Francisco! I am a student at CSULA studying applied mathematics. Math can be challenging to learn, many people lose interest in it. We need to understand and comprehend the basic ideas and concepts of a specific part of math to make math simple.
