Hello! My name is Elyana Riddick and I am recent graduate of Duke University earning my degree in Political Science with a minor in Spanish. I have lots of experience both working and volunteering with students, being described as someone with great patience and attention to those I work with. It brings me joy to be able to work with kids as they interact with passages and history and guiding them to understand complex topics and relevant issues.

We are not just a regular tutoring service we want to be a total supplement to your education. We offer college counseling as well as SAT and ACT prep tutoring. My enjoyment is knowing that I have helped a student achieve their goal and that I have inspired them to do greater things as a result of tutoring them.

I have worked mainly for the Fort Worth Independent School System for 33 years. I retired in February 2008 to continue my educational and professional journey as an instructor for University of Phoenix Online. My goal is to receive a doctorial degree in Adult Education. As a Masters in Accounting student at Texas A&M University, I am very excited to help any student continue to grow in their education. I have been tutoring since I was in high school with a focus on K-12 math and writing skills. With 5+ years of experience, I have been able to help students feel confident in their ability and proud of their efforts. I have some experience tutoring students with dyslexia and other learning disabilities as well. Feedback from parents and the students themselves is always used as we reach our goals!
