Hi, my name is Katharine. I enjoy helping students gain the confidence they need to succeed. Math and science are my favorite subjects and I'm lucky to be able to share that with people. I'm in school for chemical engineering. I’ve taken math classes all the way up to Calc 3 and chemistry all the way to physical chemistry.

Hi! My name's Eliot, and I can't wait to work with you! I enjoy challenging students by thinking differently about the subjects and topics they are struggling with to help them find their own way of solving both simple and complex problems. I use methods from multiple textbooks and online resources to make sure that concepts are understood in a handful of ways! I have been tutoring in math for about 3+ years now, from elementary math all the way through college. have an understanding of mathematics that I use to help students from pre-algebra to multi variable calculus.

I instinctively observe each student’s learning style, motivation and the way they think to help maximize the student’s strengths while improving upon their weaknesses. I enjoy helping students get to the ah-ha moment. The point where the student realizes that, "I can do this". Wether they hate the subject they are studing or if they are stuck on a concept, I am thrilled when the student discovers that this is possible.
