Also, on November 20,2023 I successfully passed a "Live Scan" which is a Department of Justice background check, and on November 22, 2023 I completed a "checkr" verification of my credentials (my undergraduate and my graduate degrees). Documentations will be presented to you before hiring. My goal is to work myself out of this job in the most rewarding and satisfying way: the student saying to me "Yes, I'm all caught up-- in fact, I'm so far ahead, and I'll be able to do this from now on without your help", as soon as possible

I have a passion to teach English reading and writing, along with math skills. Parents have seen their children get A's after working with me on a variety of subjects. I also teach piano.

I have many years experience tutoring part-time and full-time. I worked with a prestigious agency in the United Kingdom for many years. I have also taught at after-school centers. My teaching style involves making sure the student understands the subject/topic in detail and doesn't just focus on memorization. I get my students to think, not just memorize. I try to inspire interest in the subject to make learning and studying less of a chore. I usually provide them with homework if they have the time as this helps cement their knowledge. Practice is especially important for Math. My students have often looked up to me and I have always had g
