Foreign Language W/ Ryan
Bonjour, hola, hello! I am Ryan. From a young age, linguistics and foreign language have always enamored me. How a string of characters can double as both weapons and tools. My native language is English, but my mother studied Spanish at university, and my grandmother was a French translator. Though I have always had exposure to these languages, it hasn't always been easy to polish my skills. Through this, I understand thoroughly how frustrating foreign language can be. From grammar, to pronunciation, to vocabulary. My everlasting goal is to ensure for my students not only concise and efficient lessons, but also ones that are fun. I studied both Spanish and French for the entirety of my education, and exams I have taken yield a current level of C2 in Spanish (maximum proficiency), and a current level of B2 in French (basic fluency). I teach levels from absolute beginner to high intermediate. I hope to hear from you in regards to future lessons, but even if you decide to move forward with other tutors, I wish you nothing the best with your español/français-related endeavors! Au revoir, adiós, goodbye!
I thoroughly enjoy working with students of different learning styles and speeds in order to gain a better understanding of people around me. This job has been extremely rewarding to me for that reason and ultimately watching my clientèle succeed.
