About
I am a sixth-year Ph.D. student in Engineering Mechanics at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. I have taught math and science for more than 6 years to high schoolers, undergraduates, and graduate students as part of my educational journey. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Physics from St. John's University and anticipate my Ph.D. completion in Spring 2025. I have been a teaching assistant and a group work facilitator at UW Madison. My approach is inquisitive -- I look to find what works best for the individual student with multiple types of explanations. It is my belief that math and science are intuitive and exciting if presented in the proper way. I have experienced many teaching styles and ways of presenting STEM subjects during my education and aim to transfer my enthusiasm for these subjects to others through teaching.
