Jamie Muir

Hello ! My name is Jamie Muir. I am a Wisconsin state licensed K-12 French Teacher and English as a Second Language teacher (ESL, ELL, ESOL). I have 5+ years experience in the education field, spanning all grade levels. I also have experience in enrichment topics such as reading intervention, elementary focused tutoring sessions, one-on-one or group conversational English practice (all ages), and many courses for FUN -- such as zumba noodle, French words for fun, popcorn fun, sea creatures; and other enrichment "classes" or groups! Whether it is for fun or for academic enrichment, I am very passionate and enthusiastic in the work that I do. I tailor to your interests and needs -- I include technology and creativity to make learning more interactive and enjoyable. I’m a patient and passionate tutor and will always strive to create a learning environment where students feel safe, respected, comfortable and confident.
