About
My name is Michaela and I am a college graduate with a degree in Public Relations. I also participated in International Baccalaureate classes in high school and passed all of the IB exams. I've always had a passion for writing, and excel in drafting professional communications and literary essays. I want to give people the tools to succeed in creating pieces of writing that they can be proud of, whether it be essays for school or professional pieces to advance their career.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with new students I always want to dive deep into exactly what goals the student has, and what they would like to achieve. That allows me to shape sessions to fit the personal needs of the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved with education one way or another for almost all of my life. I have both a high school and college degree, taking IB english classes as well as college level courses in literature and communications. I also worked in a preschool for two years with kids ranging in age from 2 to 9 years old.
How did you get started teaching?
I was a math tutor in high school, and have always enjoyed helping peers and students make educational breakthroughs! I haven't had the ability to teach in a few years since my time at a preschool, and am excited to return to one of my passions.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with high school students and elementary children, from subjects from math to english to biology, but my passion and expertise is in essay writing and editing.
