Tutoring With Emma

I am current graduate student in an elementary education program at Sacred Heart University. I have 4 plus years of experience teaching students academically at the elementary level (grades K to 6). I understand that students do not learn at the same pace or in the same way. I always plan lessons and intervention by the most appropriate learning approach for each individual student. As a tutor I always take time to familiarize myself with students as an individual. I make sure that academic work aligns with parent requests. Most importantly, I always encourage students so they feel confident in their academics as their tangible results progress.
