Justin Vinson

I have been teaching English as a second language, US History, and Language Arts for over 14 years since I graduated from the University of Washington in 2010. I have taught in Madrid, Spain; Seattle, WA; Jeonju, South Korea; and Porto, Portugal. I am passionate about world history and US history in particular. One of my favorite textbooks is Howard Zinn's A People's History of the US. Most of my experience is working with high school aged students but I have years of experience with all ages of students including adults. I believe students learn diversely and the educators job is to help the student discover new skills and ways of thinking, not to spoon feed information.
