Elementary Tutor

I'm a full time, stay at home mom of two. I also homeschool my daughters myself. I've been teaching them for over a year now and they've done great at one-on-one teaching at home.

I tutored in high school for family members as well. I graduated high school in 2012. And then moved onto college. In college I took basic classes as well as computer science classes and marketing classes too.

I worked as an infant teacher & 3-4 year old teacher from 2015 to 2018.

I unfortunately do not have a fancy associates that shows a list of great qualifications but I do take great pride in everything I've accomplished without it. My kids have done great with one-on-one learning and the skills and teaching methods I've been able to pick up since high school have great results. I use my skills daily and I'm proud to say that I love teaching little minds. As well as them learning, I've also been able to learn how childrens minds work and what techniques work best for them.

When I first started, I did it because I had to. Due to the pandemic, I was afraid of my kids being in school. After a couple months of teaching I was able to open a lot of new ways of teaching and learning. I've really enjoyed watching how their minds work to solve things and how creative kids are when it comes to everything. I've also grown proud of the way I've been able to help instill all of that in them and know that they're successful in their school work and I played a part in it.
