What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I take three steps when I meet a new student: what are their strengths and weakness, their style of learning, and their interests. I try to come up with a new style of teaching that is specific to the student by incorporating their interests into the subject. I also try to balance fun and hardworking together, so I can get the student to do better but also have fun.
