Weekend Tutoring
About
I'm a 15 year old high school student. I attend CodeRVA Regional High School, a computer science school here in Richmond. I am an A/B Honor student and I also mentor students at my school. I have a good amount of experience with tutoring. I would make a great tutor for you because of my good understanding of students. Most tutors are adults, so tutoring can feel forced and not as fun. With someone near your age, tutoring won't seem like such a bore! I ask that all students schedule a time to meet on Saturday or Sunday, and be available to meet at the Fairfield Library in Richmond, VA.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Before working with a new student, I like to first figure out what subject they're struggling in. This gives me time to refresh my memory on that subject to best assist them. Next, I like to learn more about the student's learning style. This helps me give the student the most valuable learning experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently in high school, but all of the subjects I tutor in I have already taken and passed with a B or higher.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$15-$20 per hour is my standard, but I don't mind discussing and tweaking the pricing.
What types of students have you worked with?
All of the students I've worked with have been in high school.
