I am a recent college graduate with special training in tutoring, education, and activities-based teaching. I hold a degree in Spanish and Interdisciplinary Studies- meaning that I know how to work with students to make their work in either language stand out!
I create individualized plans for each of my students to help them reach their goals based on what I've seen work in my 3 years of tutoring and teaching assistance experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I offer free consultation sessions and half-price planning sessions for all new students so we can determine where they need the most growth and begin to develop a study plan.
Once the student (and caregiver, when applicable) and I decide on a plan, we set clear, achievable, and measurable goals for that student so that we can track our progress and adjust to new victories, challenges, and everything else!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of teaching assistance and tutoring experience. I am about to enter in a master's program for teacher education and have already begun my foundational courework. This means that I don't just do what I've seen work, I do what the reearch says works.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Standard rates are $15 per 30-minute, $22 per 60-minute or $30 per 90-minute session. DISCOUNTED RATES ARE AVAILABLE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH FINANCIAL NEED.
When requested, I offer free consultation sessions (30-minute sessions to figure out if we are a good fit for one another) and half-price planning sessions (30 to 60-minute sessions for you to share your goals and for us to begin to develop a clear plan of study).
