Deborah Crane
About
Deborah is a first-rate educator and creative lead with over a 20 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, ideation, and experience design for ages K-12. She has extensive experience in teaching and tutoring English reading and writing from pre-K to college. She has taught English, History, Science, Math, Testing Remediation, SAT and SOL prep, study habits and time management. She loves working with students and watching them learn and discover their talents. She embraces curiosity as the tool for educational achievement and has received many accolades for her progress.
Deborah has also taught at the college level as both an adjunct to the masters program for teaching at GWU, and locally at Lord Fairfax, now Laurel Ridge in public speaking.
Deborah is known for her ability to engage all audiences (regardless of age) and for teaching information in ways that stick. In her spare time, Deborah loves to be outside playing frisbee and volleyball, she seeks out different opportunities to grow her learning and love of all things.
