I have been teaching for 23 years. During these years, I have taught in 3 counties (Warren County, Loudoun County, and Prince William County). I have experience in working with autism, learning disabled, intellectual disabled, ESOL, gifted and regular students. I have taught summer school as well. Currently I am a first grade teacher in Prince William County.
I enjoy working with the students. I love when they realize they have learned the content presented. I get rewarded by their progress and success.

It is important to build a relationship with the student. Get to know their interest and them as a person. Spend time talking to them and listening to their likes and dislikes.
