Teacher of 35 years who has been fortunate to have numerous roles in both elementary and middle school, including vast amounts of classroom roles and several years as a testing coordinator. I'd describe myself as "old school" but not old! I love to read real books cover to cover with kids of all ages. I worry too many kids are becoming proficient at reading passages but not actual books!
