The Haddis Academy

Hi, I'm Mahlet Haddis. I hold a Master of Arts in Teaching with a focus on Elementary Education, and I specialize in learning differences as well as the role of AI in today's rapidly changing educational landscape. I've spent ten years as a tutor and five years as a public school teacher. After having my own daughter, I experienced public education from the other side of the fence — and that perspective led me to become licensed to provide homeschooling and tutoring services in the state of Virginia. Every student is born with different capabilities, and I believe each of our strengths deserves to be admired and developed, even as we work through our struggles.
