Shantilee Otey

Hello! My name is Shantilee and I have worked with students of all ages! I have taught Preschool, Pre-K, tutored and supervised an after school tutoring program. I love finding out what makes a student excited about learning and/or understanding a new concept. I’m also a dance teacher who works with ages 1-85 years young, so I have learned to use several types of learning styles to accommodate my students. Making reading and writing a joy for others means that I’m helping my students express themselves and communicate with others which I believe is a life skill, not just a subject in school.
