What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Please contact me via text or phone. We can work out a schedule, rates, and hours together. You can also inform me about what exactly your kid would like to work on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a high school student that has completed algebra 1, geometry, algebra 2, pre-calculus, and AB calculus with flying colors. (A and A+) I also have 30+ hours of tutoring experience, tutoring my peers in math.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
For 1 hour I would typically charge 40 dollars. I don't typically like to teach for more or less than 1 hour, but you can contact me and I might be able to make and exception.
How did you get started teaching?
I got started teaching through school. Tutoring my peers during my free time.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students who were struggling with their grades and wanted to improve them. And just students who needed help with certain topics. I typically taught Algebra 1 and Geometry, but I can teach any math at a lower level or higher level up to Pre-calculus.
