This includes implementing DoDI 5025.01 "DoD Issuance Program," The Plain Writing Act of 2010, and the "DoD Issuance Standards." I work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements to produce high-quality policies and instructions that meet the standards for publication. I am a subject matter expert on the DoD Issuances Portal System (DODIPS) and the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS). I wrote, coordinated, and edited multiple DoDIs for publication through the DoD Issuance Process (DoDIP). I am an exceptional professional writer with two current journal articles published. Additionally, I am a subject matter expert with NIST and CNSS publications, FISMA, and FIPS applications to cybersecurity risk management and critical infrastructure protection. I am a proven professional possessing superb analytical skill in cybersecurity research. I have an astounding ability to extrapolate from incomplete data to form efficient and effective solutions to problems.
