About
I graduated from Old Dominion University with my Masters of Science in Elementary Education. While obtaining my degree, I worked as a substitute teacher and special education teacher assistant. Since graduation I have worked as a Special Education Teacher at the elementary level as well as providing ABA therapy to children with autism. Throughout my five years in the school system, I have worked with children at various academic, ability, and grade levels ranging from first to fifth grade. In addition to teaching, I have roughly three years of tutoring experience. Aside from elementary level tutoring, I am also available to assist aspiring educators with licensure exams to include the RVE, VCLA, and PRAXIS as well as college courses. I am passionate about providing a positive learning experience for all my students and making learning fun. My favorite aspect of tutoring is observing the growth and progress made by each student!
