About
I am currently a teacher for Biology and AP Environmental Science. I am a recent college graduate (2019), so I am able to answer questions related to current courses, as well as any related to college.
In addition, I am different from a typical science tutor as I have studied Political Philosophy, Policy, and Law (BA) and Environmental Science (BS) at the University of Virginia. Thus, I am able to help in a wide variety of subjects - not just science.
I enjoy helping students reach their potential and figuring out those challenging problems. As virtual tutoring is becoming more prominent (especially given COVID-19), I feel I will be able to help you reach your goals no matter what your situation is.

Depends on the subject and length. Generally will be $40/hour for individuals. Groups will be $20-30/hour per person depending on the size. I accept payment through check, Venmo, or cash.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students from low-income backgrounds that are multiple grades behind in reading/writing/math skills. But I have also worked with students that are grade levels beyond what their fellow peers are.
