Dr. Shepard's Anatomy/Neuroanatomy/Physiology Tutoring

Dr. Shepard is not only incredibly knowledgeable upon the field, but she is extremely good at breaking down difficult concepts into everyday, simple terms. She organizes the material in a way that seems much more manageable. Her communication skills are some of the very best. She not only can explain some of the hardest concepts, but she is also an incredible listener. She listens to her students, hears their struggles and concerns, and then re-explains these topics in a different way until you understand. She is adaptive and personable with her teaching, and in doing so she tends to the individual needs of her students.

Shell listen to your concerns, get a grasp on the topics you are confused or struggle with, and re-explain them in a different manner until the material makes sense to you. She adapts to the knowledge base of her students and meets them where they are at. Her tutoring is individualized in this way.

Courtney is super knowledgeable regarding anatomy/physiology/neuro material. She is also super professional and approachable and makes students feel welcome to ask questions which creates a great learning environment. Speaking from experience, I was lucky to have her help me master my neuro anatomy&physiology material.

Dr. Shepard is an expert in the area of Anatomy and Physiology and has a true gift for sharing her knowledge in a way that is graspable. When I went to her for help with our anatomy course she was able to explain the content in a way that I understood and have retained. She was able to assess where my misconceptions were and efficiently address them. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Shepard!

Courtney worked with me in the subject of Anatomy. She broke down what the areas I need help into the simplest form and then worked up from there. She was caring, understanding and patient with me. I was able to implement many of the suggestions she gave for at-home study which has helped improve my knowledge retention. I will definitely use Courtney again for future anatomy material!
