Fernando Garcia

In 2009, I decided to change careers. I am an Economist but I got certified as an ESL teacher. Since then, I have been teaching English as a Second Language in Bogota. This is my 10th year teaching from real starters to advanced students. Also, preparing students for International Exams preparation courses like TOEFL or IELTS.

Teaching is a real and captivating passion. It is not simply a job. Interacting with students is becoming part of their dreams and goals. I consider myself one of those teachers who mark a difference and leave a lasting impact on the lives of my students. Should I have known earlier in my life the incredible positive aspects of this profession, I would have become a teacher many years before.
