Project Read

Project Read is an adult literacy learning center that is centered in Provo, Utah. We also have offices in South Salt Lake and Murray. We offer small classes, (labs), 3 times a day on Tues, Wed, and Thurs, to adults who have Reading or Math skills below a 7th grade level. Our program also includes individual, one-on-one tutors that meet with the students twice a week for 90 minutes each.

The total cost of the program, including meeting with dedicated private tutors, is $20 annually. Most of our tutors are college students or experienced teaching professionals who are volunteering their time. We are an established program that just celebrated our 40th Anniversary.

We also offer computer skills classes in Provo and South Salt Lake which are free to the public and do not require enrollment in Project Read.
