What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student it is important to get to know them. Everyone has different learning styles and each person will be different. Asking questions about what their interests are and what excites them about the subject.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching when I was in highschool teaching private and group snowboarding lessons. That passion carried on into other aspects of my life.

I recently got married to the love of my life.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone who brings the subject within reach of the student. Find someone who the student can look up to and who values the success of the student.
